RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If you are unhappy with your purchase or gift, llbd shop accepts returns for a full refund of the purchase price, or exchange, within 30 days of delivery. Refunds may only be issued to the credit card used for the original purchase of the merchandise. After 30 days, all sales are final. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. Items must be in the original plastic packaging and with the tags still attached. Merchandise not in its original packaging may be subject to a $4.00 repackaging charge per item. Shipping and gift packaging charges are non-refundable.

Items marked "final sale" cannot be returned.  

To make a return, send your item(s) along with a copy of the packing slip or invoice, to our return address, below. The carrier selected for your return or exchange should allow for tracking and insurance for the value of the merchandise.
